We want you to feel like every item is the perfect match for your home. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you get it sorted and have you on your way.
You can Reject the product on the spot when you are receiving it from the courier if it has any difference or bad condition.
We want to ensure that you got the best experience ever, so if you got a problem with any product we will figure it out and solve it.
You can return most of the products within 14 days of delivery if the item has a manufacturing defect, it takes from 7 to 10 days to reach you to return the product and refund you with the full price of the product. And the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.
If you return an item that you received defective, damaged or incorrect, you’ll be refunded the full delivery cost, otherwise, the shipping fees will be applied.
There are a few items that can’t be returned:
. Items labeled “Non-Returnable” on the product details page
. Personalized items
You can get refunded in 3 ways:
1- Get the money in cash once our agent picks the package up from you.
2- Take a gift card with the same amount of the product, you can use this card to purchase later from our website.
3- Replace the returned product with another product. If the returned product has a higher price than the new one, we
will pay you the difference in cash or as a gift card ( As you prefer ). If the returned product is cheaper than the new
one, you can pay the difference in cash.
